The Lord Clive, is a classic community local pub in the middle of a densely populated housing estate in Whitefield, Manchester. The pub enjoys revenue streams via drinks, food and has the added benefit of a large function room and car park. There’s always something happening at the Lord Clive, be it darts, poker, bingo a DJ or live entertainment event.
We are looking for an operator who wants to be at the centre of the community and with a desire to expand the current food and function trade.
