The Greyhound is situated in the midst of dense housing in the Elly Clough area of Royton and close to Oldham Athletic FC and enjoys matchday supporter trading. We will be shortly starting the process of developing a significant capital development programme for the pub and we are seeking an operator who will help us deliver the vision of The Greyhound becoming a family community pub with a distinct food offer.
The Pub operates with one central bar servery along with a fully equipped trade kitchen (currently not used) that serves an open plan bar area. To the rear of the pub is a large beer garden with benches and some children’s play equipment.

The private accommodation currently consists of Four bedrooms, Two reception rooms, bathroom, kitchen and separate office.
