The retail academy is a 3 day training course to support your success and provide you with the essentials required to run your own pub business.
Our Academy has been designed specifically for JW Lees licensees and is delivered through both online courses and face-to-face practical training. It covers topics from finance to cellar management, menu design to maximising profit.
Also available is range of optional compliance training for you and your staff to ensure you trade safely and legally. These courses cover subjects such as health & safety, allergen awareness and age verification.
You will get to meet key JW Lees Support members
and find out how they can help your business thrive.
You will get to see how the beer is made by having a tour of the brewery and you will also gain the BIIAB LEVEL 2 IN BEER AND CELLAR QUALITY qualification.
PLUS, you will receive a range of free e-learning courses (worth £250) to support you and your team’s development and ensure you remain compliant.
