The Middleton Archer is a substantial detached community pub situated near to Middleton town centre. It has a large trading area that is ideal for food service during the day and early evenings. The main lounge bar has circa 80 covers, and the separate and fully serviced function room also has a seating capacity of circa 70 people. It also has a designated staged area in the main lounge which makes it one of the best entertainment venues in the area.

 

There is a large fully equipped commercial kitchen and that can service the daily demands for food whilst also having enough capacity to cater for the private functions and business meetings. There is a designate eternal dinking area and a private enclosed garden to the side of the function room.

JW Lees are looking for a talented, experienced operator who is passionate about the hospitality sector and has the entrepreneurial flare to continue to grow the Middleton Archer. Our vision is that you will make it a fantastic community venue that locals and those from outside the area will want to enjoy and travel too. You will make it renowned for great beers, quality food and memorable experiences. We are willing to listen to an operator that has a clear vision and wants to do something different.
