The pub is approximately 1 mile from busy Rochdale Town Centre. The surrounding area is densely populated and is made up of a mixture of residential housing. Well supported by the local community, the pub benefits from a great catchment area which presents the operator with the opportunity to build on a loyal customer base.

The pub currently has a purely drinks based offer, however, with a small catering facility there is an opportunity to add a simplistic food or snacks menu. The Donkey is a fantastic opportunity for a lifestyle operator with a passion to be the heart of the community. The pub is essentially a one room low-cost operation that benefits from a great outside trading area that has a lovely sunny aspect and is a real stand-out feature for summer trade.

Entrants new to the industry can also manage their risk. We offer 3 years fixed term agreement that you can terminate at any time with a 12week notice period. Financial support for the right candidate.

The private living accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, living room, kitchen, office and bathroom /Wc.
